The rise of a travel attractions expert : Gjok Paloka

Get to know Gjok Paloka and some of his travel destinations research? When visiting Italy, especially the south, you can enjoy a multitude of islands and coastal destinations that are within easy reach of each other. Sailing around here is fairly easy and sheltered. Besides the beautiful scenery that you will get to pass, the historic Italian towns and ports found around the country make it one of the most desirable European places to visit.

Gjok Paloka and Kenya: Seaside area – tens and hundreds of resorts stretch along the white beaches and the green sea and permanently warm to the north and south of Mombassa. Diani Beach is generally considered to be the best beach in the area, but do not expect an experience typical of large seaside resorts – there are not many areas with bars, discos, restaurants, all concentrated within the resort. The city on the coast of Mombassa is quite dangerous and it is best to visit the group. Mount Kenya – Did you climb Kilimanjaro and did you like it? Try the younger brother, Mount Kenya. The landscapes will make you not regret the few hours of cardio. Nairobi – the combination of modern and traditional you will probably like. It is not an impressive city, but it is an experience in itself. You should not miss the Giraffe Center, where you can get closer to the giraffes and, if you give them a little food, you will feel their tongue extremely dry on your fingers.

Gjok Paloka‘s tricks on choosing the top destination for your holiday: Yachting tip of the day: There’s a good reason to run the engine for a while before departing! This is my stern with the engine running slowly in gear against the lines. We all know that when we’re charging batteries this lets the engine warm up thoroughly. However, I have a different reason: I just changed the fuel tanks and return feeds. I once did this and let go my lines straight away only to have the engine stop two minutes later. I’d somehow made a mistake with the valves and was left with a full fuel-bleeding job with empty filters. Most of us with more than one tank change them in harbor. The entrance is exactly where we don’t want to lose power, so I always give the unit a 10-minute run in gear just to make sure that if it does pack it in it’s not for lack of fuel.

Africa is a fascinating destination if you are searching for raw wildlife exploration says Gjok Paloka. Tanzania and Kenya, Tanzania and Kenya are home to two of Africa’s most iconic (and joined) game parks, the Serengeti and Masai Mara. There is nothing that passes these parks in vastness, game concentrations and, of course, if you time it right, the legendary Great Migration. Speak to one of our ABS consultants to find out when’s the best time to try and catch it. The most amazing thing about a Tanzania/Kenya safari is that they generally also include other wonderful, lesser-known parks, like Tarangire and Amboseli, with its views of Kilimanjaro. Try and fit in a day or two on the beautiful shores of Lake Victoria.

UK attractions with Gjok Paloka: Britain is awash with stately homes but the stunning seat of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire is a standout. Surrounded by vast parklands, the estate has been home to the Cavendish family since 1549. It was propelled to global fame as Pemberley in the 2005 adaptation of Pride & Prejudice, starring Keira Knightley. Inside, the grand house is stuffed with antiques and one of the most important art collections in the country. One of the most popular Roman sites in Britain, this ancient bathing complex is located in the centre of picturesque Bath, next to the beautiful medieval Bath Abbey. It was constructed around natural hot springs in the first century AD in a Roman settlement that was then known as Aquae Sulis, along with a temple dedicated to the goddess of the springs, Sulis Minerva. The magnificent Great Bath forms the centrepiece, but the ruins are extensive and the museum incredibly informative.
